Goldberg, Stern and Goldberg (together, the “S&G Defendants”), and Defendants Patrick C. McGarrigle and McGarrigle, Kenney & Zampiello (together, the “MKZ Defendants”) (collectively the “Attorney Defendants”), filed on November 15, 2022. ECF No. 282.
