(“Plaintiff”) filed this action pursuant to 42 U.S.C. § 405(g) for judicial review of the final administrative decision of the Commissioner of the Social Security Administration (“Commissioner”) denying Plaintiff’s Title XVI application for Social Security Disability Insurance (“SSDI”) benefits. 25 1 Kilolo Kijakazi became Acting Commissioner of Social Security on July 9, 2021.
