ECF No. 19. The parties jointly move the Court to award Plaintiff Jacqueline K. (“Plaintiff”) attorney fees and expenses pursuant to the Equal Access to Justice Act (“EAJA”), 28 U.S.C. § 2412(d). Id. For the reasons set forth below, the Court GRANTS the parties’ joint motion. I.
