(“Defendant”) filed a Motion to Dismiss Plaintiff Heidi Anderberg’s (“Plaintiff”) First Amended Class Action Complaint (“Motion”). (Doc. 16.) Plaintiff filed an opposition to the Motion on April 11, 2022 (Doc. 19), and Defendant filed a reply on April 18, 2022 (Doc. 20).
