INTRODUCTION Pending before the Court is Defendant The Charter Oak Fire Insurance Company’s (“Defendant” or “Charter Oak”) motion to dismiss Pennsylvania Transformer Technology, Inc.’s (“Plaintiff” or “PTTI”) request for punitive damages.
