Defendant Ford Motor Company (“Ford”) filed an opposition to Plaintiff’s motion on May 13, 2022 (Doc. 23), and Plaintiff filed his reply on May 16, 2022. (Doc. 24.) The Court took the matter under submission without oral argument pursuant to Civil Local Rule 7.1(d)(1). For the reasons discussed below, Plaintiff’s motion to remand is GRANTED. I.
