Defendants. 17 Presently pending before the Court is Defendant Ford Motor Company’s motion to dismiss claims 2, 3, and of Plaintiffs George Sarkesian and Candace Sarkesian’s (collectively, “Plaintiffs”) First Amended Complaint (“FAC”). (Doc. No. 14.) The motion is fully briefed, (Doc. Nos. 16, 17), and the matter is suitable for determination on the papers. For the reasons stated herein, the Court GRANTS the motion to dismiss. I. BACKGROUND Plaintiffs are consumers who purchased a 2017 Ford F-150 vehicle (“Vehicle”) manufactured by Ford on or about June 18, 2017.1 (FAC, Doc. No. 12, ¶ 8.) Along with
