On December 1, 2022, Defendants Sorrento Tower Development, LLC, and Sorrento Tower Housing Partners LP (“Defendants” or “Sorrento Tower”) filed a Motion to Dismiss Plaintiff’s Second Amended Complaint pursuant to Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 12(b)(6) (“Motion”).
