[ECF No. 5] 18 Before the Court is the parties’ joint motion to continue the Early Neutral Evaluation Conference (“ENE”) and Case Management Conference (“CMC”), presently scheduled for July 7, 2023. ECF No. 5. The parties request that the ENE and CMC be rescheduled because Defendant’s counsel will be travelling on a pre-planned vacation on that date. Id. at 2. Despite the joint motion’s shortcomings,1 the Court appreciates that the parties have been working together and finds good cause to grant a small continuance. Thus, the Court GRANTS IN PART the motion as follows:
