[Doc. 67] 16 On March 20, 2023, Defendants Progenity, Inc., Harry Stylli, Eric d’Esparbes, Jeffrey Alter, John Bigalke, Jeffrey Ferrell, Brian L. Kotzin, Samuel Nussbaum, Lynne Powell, Piper Sandler & Co., Wells Fargo Securities, LLC, Robert W. Baird & Co. Incorporated, Raymond James & Associates, Inc., and BTIG, LLC (“Defendants”) filed a Motion to Dismiss the Third Amended Complaint (“Motion”). (Doc. 67.) On May 4, 2023, Plaintiffs Lin Shen, Lingjun Lin and Fusheng Lin (“Plaintiffs”) filed an opposition to the Motion. (Doc. 68.) Defendants filed a reply on June 5, 2023. (Doc. 69.)
