18 Before the Court is Plaintiff Sean M.’s motion for approval of attorney’s fees 19 pursuant to 42 U.S.C. § 406(b). ECF No. 24. Defendant Kilolo Kijakazi filed a response 20 declining to take a position on the motion. ECF No. 27. Sean M. did file not any pro se 21 response. Pursuant to Civil Local Rule 7.1.d, the Court finds the matter is appropriate for 22 decision on the papers and hereby VACATES the hearing previously scheduled for 23 August 11, 2023. 24 For the reasons set forth below, the Court GRANTS the motion for attorney’s fees. 25 The Parties’ joint request for a decision on the pleadings…
