19 On January 6, 2022, Plaintiffs Addas Saadat and Armin Rea Saadat (collectively, 20 “Plaintiffs”) filed a complaint against Defendant Ukraine International Airlines 21 (“Defendant.”) (Doc. No. 1.) On September 9, 2022, Plaintiffs filed a motion for an order 22 permitting service by publication, which the Court granted on October 17, 2022. (Doc. 23 Nos. 4, 7.) On April 26, 2023, Plaintiffs filed a request for entry of clerk default against 24 Defendant. (Doc. No. 11.) On May 4, 2023, Defendant filed the present motion to dismiss. 25 (Doc. No. 12.)
