23 24 In the present action, Plaintiff Catalyst Lifestyle Limited (“Plaintiff”) asserts, among 25 other claims, a claim for infringement of United States Design Patent No. D794,617 (“the 26 ’617 Patent”) against Defendants Elago Co., Ltd and Elyel Corporation (collectively 27 “Defendants”).
