18 On May 12, 2022, Plaintiff Misty W. (“Plaintiff”) filed a Complaint pursuant to 42 19 U.S.C. § 405(g) seeking judicial review of a decision by the Commissioner of Social 20 Security (“Defendant”) denying Plaintiff’s application for supplemental security income 21 benefits. (Compl., ECF No. 1.) Now pending before the Court is the parties’ Joint 22 Motion for Judicial Review. (See J. Mot. Judicial Review, ECF No. 15 (“J. Mot.”).) For 23 the reasons set forth below, the Court ORDERS that judgment be entered reversing the 24 decision of the Commissioner and remanding this matter for further administrative 25 proceedings pursuant to sentence four of 42 U.S.C. § 405(g).
