v. CONFERENCE NOVAK et al, Defendants. 16 17 On August 3, 2023, Plaintiffs raised a discovery dispute with the Court. (ECF No. 22.) Plaintiffs sought to compel the production of redacted documents produced by Defendants in response to Plaintiffs’ Requests for Production (“RFPs”), No. 1, 2, and 4 propounded to Defendant Novak1, and attachments to emails withheld by Defendants Novak, Aguilar, and Scott. The Court ordered briefing on the discovery dispute and convened a discovery conference on August 18, 2023. (ECF No. 27.)
