On July 20, 2023, Defendant moved to dismiss Plaintiff’s Complaint for failure to state a claim. ECF No. 16. On July 28, 2023, this Court granted Defendant’s Motion and dismissed Plaintiff’s Complaint, finding that Plaintiff’s Complaint failed to meet the pleading standards of Rule 8 and failed to state a claim under Rule 12(b)(6).
