Respondent. 18 19 On or about October 22, 2023, Petitioners initiated this case by filing a Motion for Return of Seized Property Pursuant to Federal Rule of Criminal Procedure 41(g) (“Rule 41(g)”). (“Motion,” [Doc. 1].) On October 30, 2023, the United States (“Respondent”) filed its response in opposition to the Motion (“Opposition,” [Doc. 8]) requesting the Court deny the Motion and dismiss this Case. Pursuant to the Court’s previous order (“Scheduling Order,” [Doc. 11]), Petitioners filed their reply (“Reply,” [Doc. 12]) to Respondent’s Opposition on November 6, 2023. 27 28 The Court decides the matter on the papers submitted and without oral argument.
