21 Before the Court are the cross-motions for summary judgment filed by Plaintiff 22 Andrea Palasi, (Doc. No. 50), and Defendant IQ Data International, Inc. (“IQ Data”), (Doc. 23 No. 44). The motions have been fully briefed, (Doc. Nos. 53–55, & 57), and the matter is 24 suitable for determination on the papers and without oral argument, pursuant to Local Civil 25 Rule 7.1.d.1. Accordingly, the Court hereby VACATES the hearing currently set for 26 January 18, 2024, at 2:00 p.m. For the reasons stated herein, the Court DENIES Plaintiff’s 27 motion for summary judgment, and GRANTS IN PART AND DENIES IN PART IQ 28 Data’s motion for summary judgment.…
