Plaintiff Anton A. Ewing filed an Opposition to the MTS (“Opp’n,” ECF No. 18), and Freedom Forever filed a Reply thereto (“Reply,” ECF No. 21). The Court vacated the hearing on Freedom Forever’s MTS and took it under submission on September 21, 2023. ECF No. 22.
