Sperber (“Sperber”) alleging breach of contract, as well as state and federal statutory violations. See generally ECF No. 1. Before the Court is Apex’s Ex Parte Motion seeking to: (1) advance the hearing for Apex’s Motion for Preliminary Injunction, (2) commence immediate discovery from any source; (3) set a scheduling conference; and (4) set an early neutral evaluation.
