ARBITRATION. 18 [ECF Nos. 3,4] 19 On April 13, 2023, Plaintiffs Richy Acab and Richy Acab, Jr. (“Plaintiffs”) filed a civil complaint in the San Diego Superior Court against Defendants Chenrosa, LLC (“Chenrosa”), Joseph D’Alfio and DOES 1 through 20 (collectively, “Defendants”) alleging five claims for relief. ECF No. 1-2 (“Compl.”). On May 30, 2023, Defendant Chenrosa removed the action to this Court on several grounds, one being jurisdiction pursuant to 9 U.S.C. §§ 203, 205. ECF No. 1.
