Defendants. [Doc. No. 27] 12 On January 24, 2024, Plaintiff filed a First Amended Complaint (“FAC”). [Doc. No. 25]. On February 12, 2024, Defendants filed a motion to dismiss the FAC and a motion to strike portions of the complaint. [Doc. No. 27]. The motion has been fully briefed, and the Court finds it suitable for determination on the papers. For the reasons set forth, the motion to dismiss and motion to strike are both DENIED. I. PROCEDURAL HISTORY On June 5, 2023, Plaintiff Jane Dorotik filed a complaint against Defendant County of San Diego (“County”) and numerous individual County Defendant employees.
