19 Before the Court is a Renewed Motion for Attorneys’ Fees, Costs, and Incentive 20 Awards by Plaintiffs Monica Rael and Alyssa Hedrick, on behalf of themselves and all 21 others similarly situated (“Plaintiffs”). Defendant The Children’s Place, Inc. 22 (“Defendant”) does not oppose, ECF No. 188, but Objector Anna St. John (“Objector St. 23 John”) filed a response in opposition, ECF No. 189. Plaintiffs did not reply. The Court 24 finds the matter appropriate for decision on the papers and hereby VACATES the hearing 25 previously scheduled for May 3, 2024.
