17 Presently before the Court are Defendant Alaska Airlines, Inc.’s (“Defendant” or “Alaska”) third Motion in Limine (“Mot.,” ECF No. 75)—on which the Court previously reserved its ruling—and three Renewed Motions in Limine (“Renewed Mots.,” ECF Nos. 101, 102, 103). On May 1, 2024, the Court held a hearing on these Motions and issued tentative rulings. Having considered the Parties’ moving papers, the arguments made during oral argument, and the applicable law, the Court GRANTS IN PART AND DENIES IN PART Defendant’s Motions.
