No. 14.] Wallaby, a Minnesota corporation, Defendant. 17 On April 24, 2024, Plaintiff Mark Trammell (“Plaintiff”) filed a motion for reconsideration of the Court’s April 22, 2024 order granting Defendant KLN Enterprises, Inc.’s (“Defendant”) motion to dismiss with leave to amend. (Doc. No. 14.) On May 13, 2024, Defendant filed a response in opposition to Plaintiff’s motion for reconsideration. (Doc. No. 15.) On May 16, 2024, Plaintiff filed a reply. (Doc. No. 17.)
