MEMORANDUM DECISION INTRODUCTION Debtors, who head a household of seven, have proposed a three-year Chapter 13 Plan paying their projected disposable income for the benefit of allowed unsecured claims. The Chapter 13 Trustee objected to some of the deductions from their current monthly income and contends the Debtors are not paying enough of their projected disposable income into the Plan.
