MEMORANDUM OPINION AND DECISION Russell Cunningham and his firm Desmond, Nolan, Livaich & Cunningham, (“Trustee Counsel”) the attorney for Eric Nims, the Chapter 7 Trustee (“Client” or “Trustee”) in this bankruptcy case, makes a First and Final Request for the Allowance of Fees and Expenses in this case.1 Fees are requested for the period October 30, 2017, through June 17, 2019.
