ASSETS SOLD BY CHAPTER 7 TRUSTEE Burger Physical Therapy Services (“Burger PTS”) requests this court issue a supplemental order to the court’s earlier order approving the settlement agreement between Chapter 7 Trustee Irma Edmonds and John C. Sims, individually and as Trustee of the G&M Baker 1994 Trust regarding Trustee’s Preference Claim against Sims. The request for such a supplemental order is provided for in this court’s order remanding the Burger Physical Therapy Services, Inc. v.
