CONFIRMATION OF SUBCHAPTER V PLAN
17 Twisted Oak, LLC commenced this voluntary Subchapter V Chapter 11 case on October 4, 2021, and has prosecuted it as the Debtor in Possession (“Debtor/Debtor in Possession”). There has been little in “sideshow fights” in this case, with the Parties in Interest focused on confirmation of the Subchapter V Chapter 11 Plan. As originally proposed, the Subchapter V Chapter 11 Plan drew opposition from the U.S. Trustee and Mechanics Bank.
