INTRODUCTION Defendants Patacsils interpose 102 objections to the eight declarations offered by the plaintiffs as the written direct testimony. Am. Scheduling Order § 1.0, 8.0, ECF No. 95. Each of the declarations were signed electronically, e.g., DocuSign, rather than manually by cursive handwriting; from that the defendants argue that the declarations are unsigned and, therefore, are inadmissible.
