Refund Policy

Overview

Caselegis offers a monthly Pro subscription at $29/month. Because our service provides immediate access to all Pro features upon payment, we follow a limited refund policy as described below.

7-Day Money-Back Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with your Caselegis Pro subscription, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your initial purchase. To request a refund, email us at support@caselegis.com with the subject line "Refund Request" and include the email address associated with your account.

Refund requests submitted after 7 days of the initial purchase will not be eligible for a refund.

Renewals

Monthly renewal charges are non-refundable. If you wish to avoid future charges, you must cancel your subscription before the renewal date. You can cancel at any time from your account settings — your Pro access will continue until the end of the current billing period.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from Settings → Plan. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will not be charged again after cancellation, and your account will revert to the free tier.

Exceptions

We may issue refunds outside of the above policy at our sole discretion in cases of billing errors, duplicate charges, or other exceptional circumstances. Please contact support@caselegis.com if you believe you have been charged in error.
