Encryption in transit and at rest
All connections use TLS 1.2+. Data at rest is encrypted using AES-256. Your searches and account data are protected at every layer.
Your searches stay private
We do not sell, share, or use your search queries or research activity for advertising or training AI models. Your research is yours.
Authentication and access control
Passwords are hashed with bcrypt. Sessions use JWT tokens with short expiry windows. We support Google OAuth for secure single sign-on.
Infrastructure security
Our infrastructure runs on hardened cloud services with automated security patching, network isolation, and regular vulnerability assessments.
Public domain data
All case law in Caselegis is sourced from public domain government records. Court opinions are government works that belong to the public.
